it’s obvious a bit of a surprise that I’m obsessed with the topic itself and never reviewed this song. But I never really liked the weird drawl even if he did make the original tune a bit catchier — but also a bit more meaningless (the “I can’t get over a relation” VS the person trying to find a lover through a metaphor of playing cards. 2021 re-rate: Out of all the original 60’s, this might be the best, and it’s hard to find another song worth rating just a tiny bit higher. Therefore, final rating 61/100
