With a respectable 3.77/5 on Rateyourmusic and 1000+ ratings, are these people Crazy? I don't think so. The downtempo aspect is done quite well with a good beat, and the song doesn't seem to be uncreative in any way, not even the chorus. 89/100.

McFly – Love is Easy
A decent pop song that moves along well, if listening to this is love, then love is easy, it's the easiest thing to do. 85~88/100.
Kiss From A Rose – Seal
To express my dissatisfaction at the hands of Spotify's Discovery Weekly, I shall review an actually *good* slow song. This classic pop song emotionally keeps us interested with a cool melody (11/8 along with 10/8 bars, I believe?), and a powerful chorus. The way the tune swells with "my eyes become larger" fits perfectly. Indeed, … Continue reading Kiss From A Rose – Seal
OWEL – I Saw Red
Unfortunately, my Discovery Weekly was filled to the brim with unimpressive boring slow song, and the only one worthy was this one. The pondering guitar and chords and the actually exciting chorus makes I Saw Red have potential. I do hope DW improves a bit more... ~78/100 ish right now
First Light – Lindsey Stirling
The idea of "first light" seems interesting, though this song has arguably lost some of its spark since my first listen. 78/100
Meg Myers – Jealous Sea
decently cool with a message that's a pun on the title, the lyrics are fitting as I "just can't get enough". 95/100
Daniel Ingram – The Magic Inside
Congrats! You found the first song of my “quick playlist”, a list of songs I find that I can easily listen to almost any time. Can you find all ten songs? Call me a brony, what have you, but this song is very moving. Indeed, I am just a person, I make mistakes from time … Continue reading Daniel Ingram – The Magic Inside
Gotye – Somebody That I Used To Know
Though very famous and quite possibly the best song above one billion views, I still have to say that overall it is only decent rather than amazing. 85/100.
Lady Gaga – Poker Face
With an undeniably cool "mah mah mah mah" in the background --Solid deep voices to back this pop hit up-- Poker Face cleverly uses sexual innuendos without being too obvious about it. I can't read her, can't read her, no I can’t read her Poker face (she does it like nobody). 99/100.
Sheppard – Edge Of The Night
Decently groovy disco, Sheppard delivers a well-deserved winning RSC song. Milky Sundae delight! 95/100. (Grade: A)
