Illenium – Lost

A big potential contender for my “quick playlist”, the song may not be the producer’s best, nor most notable, but I like the build-up, the beginning bassline motif, and the drop of the beat after the title. The “crossing of ‘eyes’ ” is cleverly done, and the line “back to the basics without you” complement “I’m gasping for the air you stole from me”. The lyrics are limited to that though, so I’m taking off points for that. In a way, I’m fine with paying attention to the music, but here, “I’m better Lost”. 88/100 (B+)
