Battle of the 86’s

Unfortunately, since I moved up This and That Life to the 87 range, this battle is now viable. Sleepwalking might be simple, but it’s Lindsey, my favorite artist, and the catchy melody is undeniable. Colors is a long time favorite which has gone up and down in rating, Silhouette is powerful, Easier is very sleek, and Time Machine’s sax is very snazzy. But in the end, I feel like the shuffle winner “Seven Nation Army” has the strongest concept out of all of these. Only Silhouette arguably provides a tough challenge, but its a capella may alienate audiences and makes me feel something’s missing (especially with White Stripes’ cool rock and roll feel).
