This song is interesting because now I know about RSC, and this has won the Redditvision contest– a contest depending partly upon how good a song is, but arguably also how new a song is (alas, classics do not have a chance). The beginning whistling and tune gives off the wrong idea, that it is a song similar to 7 years (after all, the melody is similar). However, the main theme of “Trust” is very cool. I can see why it won the RSC. Hell, I might even add it to my top 100. Pretty damn cool song. 95/100.
why this isn’t in my top 100: the lyrics are a little bit simplistic and the song overall just isn’t impressive enough, even against my flawed songs in the top 100.
