Slowly but surely, the discography is narrowing down and even the artist I used to enjoy becomes less meaningful. Song of Caged Bird is pretty, but feels it doesn't do enough to discover new melodies. Perhaps, the bird is too caged... (60/100)

Spontaneous Me – Lindsey Stirling
Not sure how this got removed from my favorites, perhaps I got tired of it. Relistening to this song, I admit there does seem to be pretty dull moments overall, there isn't really any true notice of "spontaneous". Good try though. 69/100.
Come On Eileen – Â Dexys Midnight Runners
It's tricky to tell how dirty the song is actually supposed to be, given the implied innuendo in the title. Still, the happy go lucky banjo and bit of violin goes along quite well. The childhood sweetheart backstory adds to the fun times of the song. Nothing to complain about. 92/100.
Papermoon VS Selfie Face
As my music list solidifes, of course, we have to ask the question, is PAPERMOON still deserving of the Gatekeep on the 90/100 Rating? It was one of my solid go-to songs, and it won one of the random shuffle contests. But should I keep my standards the same? On this site, too few songs … Continue reading Papermoon VS Selfie Face
Kim Petras – Treat Me Like a Slut
With a very sexy appeal, Kim throws out a trap-like beat with a very vulgar message. I can't really attach a real rating to this one; it's good at delivering its message, but nothing else.
Black Box – Ride on Time
I'm not sure why, I'm reluctant to consider this one for my favorites. The beat and melody isn't bad, even if it's a 10 year gap against the other more famous Ride on Time song. Still, seems to have good potential.
Tatsuro Yamashita – Ride On Time
This is a review of Caitlyn Meyer's version, though I find the two versions similar enough they would have very close ratings. Ride on Time is a very catchy song with a powerful sax supporting the guitar in the back. Solid 80's city pop! (Rating: 91/100)
HooverPhonic – 2Wicky
Out of one zero zero; nine one Is too low of a score; the song shines like the galactic sun Unlike a rating like zero one, or five one It flies high like an orbital gun It can hurt me but I can't hurt you It can hurt me But I can't hurt you I … Continue reading HooverPhonic – 2Wicky
Iyaz – Replay
I am astonished I have never reviewed this one. It might be cheesy, but the main hook got stuck in my head and I thought it was some kind of exotic tune when I was young ("shautislika melodyin myead, thatigant geepout gotme singing like, nananana everydayidayi, its likemi aguastuk onreplayi replayi"). Final rating: 50/100
Ellie Medeiros – A Bailar Calypso
A samba like song that seems very fitting for Zumba, I'm a little surprised her songs all have below 50k views (her most viewed is only 30k thus far). This Uruguay artist is very underrated and deserves more views!
